Applies to: It applies to all baseassigned and tenant flying units and persons authorized to operate their privately owned aircraft at Maxwell AFB.
Pilots may deviate from the procedures contained herein in the interest of flying safety or when directed by Maxwell Tower, Atlanta Air Route Traffic Control Center (ARTCC), Montgomery Tower or Montgomery Approach Control.
Compliance with attachments is mandatory.
Ensure all records created as a result of processes prescribed in this publication are maintained in accordance with AFI 33-322, Records Management and Information Governance Program, and disposed of in accordance with the Air Force Records Information Management System Records Disposition Schedule (RDS).
Waivers to this instruction must be coordinated through the 42d Operations Support Squadron (42 OSS) and approved by 42d Air Base Wing Commander (42 ABW/CC).
Units may develop additional guidance from this instruction; however, it cannot be less restrictive without 42 ABW/CC approval via 42 OSS coordination.
