Applies to: This instruction applies to Active Duty, Air Force Reserve, Air National Guard, Department of Defense (DOD) Civilians, non-affiliated Civilians, Guests, Contractors, and any other individuals on orders, residing, working, or visiting to MacDill Air Force Base (AFB).
Failure to comply with this instruction is punitive in nature and chargeable under Article 92 of the Uniformed Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), for military personnel.
Cases must demonstrate extreme hardship to support a full reinstatement of driving privileges or limited driving privileges request. (paragraph 2)
The only authorized entry and exit gate is the Dale Mabry Gate. (paragraph 2)

Driver’s privileges are suspended for 30 days unless proof is provided within 72 hours to 6 SFS/S5R that the operator’s insurance was valid at the time of the traffic stop. (paragraph 9)
