Conduct all affairs free from discrimination based on protected classes.
Take immediate action to eliminate inappropriate behavior, comments, and jokes.
Military EO complaints must be filed within 90 duty days after the alleged incidents occurred.
For Civilian EO complaints, the aggrieved individual must contact an EO Practitioner within 45 calendar days of the matter alleged to be discriminatory or, in the case of personnel action, within 45 calendar days of the effective date of the action.
