Use this instruction with AFMAN 13-212v1; AFMAN 11-214, Air Operations Rules and Procedures; AFMAN 13-217 Drop Zone and Landing Zone Operations; and other applicable guidance.
Chapter 2 limits check-ins for first mission of the day to no more than 15 minutes early and restricts personnel to Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) and Range Maintenance only during tactical range detonation days.
Chapter 3 updates Cabeza Prieta National Wildlife Refuge (CPNWR) altitude restrictions to include new lower altitude section in the northern part of the refuge.
Chapter 4 clarifies requirement for Snakeye coordination when transitioning from one range to another and establishes criteria whereby the transit corridor can be used for tactical maneuvering.
