It addresses stopping and inspecting personnel or vehicles, suspension and reinstatement of driving privileges, vehicle impoundment, traffic enforcement, and accident reporting. It also establishes rules for motorcycles, bicycles, pedestrians, parking, traffic violation reports, and mandatory points assessments.
Applies to: All provisions are directive in nature and apply to all organizations and personnel located on or within the jurisdictional limits of LAAFB, CA.
When a conflict between the CVC and AFPD 31-1, AFI 31-218_IP, AFMAN 31-116 or LAAFB 31-116 exists, the CVC will supersede the listed Air Force Publications.
