The program provides exceptionally well-qualified Airmen First Class (A1C) to be considered for promotion six months prior to the fully qualified point of promotion. (paragraph 1)

The AF FORM 1206 is not to exceed more than twelve (12) lines total not including headers. (paragraph 3)
