LITTLEROCKAFBI11-201 establishes a common frame of reference for Team Little Rock units and delegates decision-making responsibility to the lowest level. It includes local scheduling, training, mission support duties, and preparation of mission aircraft, with minimum and recommended times for fleet service and de-icing activities.
Applies to: This instruction is not applicable to Little Rock Air Force Base Tenant Units except where the unit is specifically addressed.
Fleet Service should strive to deliver prior to these times asthey may occur during engine start. (paragraph 1-4)
In heat stress category 3 or greater, water will be delivered prior to aircrew preflight. (paragraph 2)
LPS, SS, or Off-Station missions may require more or less time in accordance with AFI 11-2 C-130(J) Vol 3, 19 OG Supp 1. (paragraph 3)
De-Ice begins when fluid is sprayed on the aircraft and ends when the truck drives away after completion. (paragraph 1)
