It establishes CAT administration, composition, activation, training, evacuation, alternate locations, computer procedures, and member duties. It requires CAT members to meet security, training, reporting, and accountability requirements during contingency operations.
All members will possess at a minimum a Secret security clearance. (paragraph 3)
Complete training within 60 days of appointment. (paragraph 4)
Notify the XP Director of changes in primary or alternate members within 5 workdays of the change. (paragraph 4)
Upon notification, members will report to the CAT Center (Room 129D) on the first floor of building 344 (Wing Headquarters), unless directed to report to the Alternate CAT location at building 121. (paragraph 1)
The CAT Director is responsible for deactivating the CAT.
