Maintenance personnel at Lajes Field in support of transiting aircraft will follow their home station procedures for performing maintenance and reporting maintenance actions.
Ensure Oil Analysis Program (OAP) oil samples are taken from assigned oil servicing carts and delivered to Non-Destructive Inspection (NDI) for analysis every 30 days or within 72 hours of a scheduled Coronet movement or after oil cart maintenance.
Track oil and hydraulic servicing to aircraft via the locally developed IMT Form 3136.
Lajes TA personnel are not responsible for munitions of any kind.
Lajes Field personnel will not make Maintenance Information Systems (MIS) entries for transient aircraft.
