Applies to: The instruction only applies to JBSA Lackland and JBSA Lackland assigned Air National Guard, 149th Fighter Wing (149 FW); and Air Force Reserve Command, 433d Airlift Wing (433 AW), units where applicable.
The designated IC is the crash recovery team chief for 502 ISG operations. (paragraph 2)
Tenant flying units will provide CDDAR Team Chiefs that meet the requirements of DAFI 21-101AETCSUP and TO 00-80C-1. (paragraph 2)
Training for JBSA Lackland recovery operations is provided through ancillary training requirement and local exercise scenarios. (paragraph 2)
Specific functions for aircraft removal will be documented in individual training records (towing, jacking, etc.). (paragraph 2)
Personnel qualification for equipment operation is accomplished through work center qualification processes and documented in appropriate training records. (paragraph 2)
