The Committee will meet semi-annually in conjunction with the JBSA Combined Airfield Operation Board. (paragraph 2)
If FOD standards are not being met, the 502 OSS representative may recommend a supplemental quarterly meeting chaired by the ISG/CC IAW DAFI 21-101 AETC Sup Par. 11.8.7. (paragraph 2)
FOD walks are mandatory to remove FO from ramps, runways, maintenance areas and access roads. (paragraph 3)
502 CES sweepers will sweep active ramps and taxiways Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays, or as needed. (paragraph 3)
