Provide adequate funding, manning, and resources to meet the operational requirements of the Base HG program. (T-1). (paragraph 34-160)
Will hold training classes every 3 months. Each training class will be half of the quota. The training class schedule will be projected through the calendar year. (paragraph 34-160)
