Applies to: This instruction applies to all Department of Defense (DoD) employees to include civilians and active-duty personnel assigned to JB CHS who are in a federal (Title 10) status.
Military personnel who violate this instruction are subject to disciplinary action under Article 92, Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ). (paragraph 31-213)
DoD civilians in violation of off-limits orders may be subject to administrative discipline under applicable service regulations. (paragraph 31-213)
Ensure that all records created as a result of processes prescribed in this publication are maintained in accordance with (IAW) Air Force Instruction (AFI) 33-322, Records Management and Information Governance Program, and disposed of IAW with the Air Force Records Information Management System (AFRIMS) Records Disposition Schedule (RDS).
