It contains requirements for conduct, tobacco use, gate access, motor vehicles, bicycles, mishap reporting, housing, photography, social media, and events. Commanders will ensure newly assigned, TDY, and deployed members review the Community Standards within five days of arrival.
Applies to: This instruction applies to all Air Force military, civilian and contracted personnel permanently assigned and deployed at the 39th Air Base Wing (39 ABW), Incirlik Air Base, Turkey.
The use of portable headphones, earphones, cellular phones, iPods, or other listening and entertainment devices (other than hearing aids) while walking, running, bicycling, or skating on Incirlik AB roadways is prohibited.
Using tobacco products and smokeless products that are chewed, dipped, sniffed, or vaped is restricted to approved Designated Tobacco Areas (DTA). (paragraph 2)
Unless otherwise posted, the base speed limit is 30 KPH or 25 KPH in housing areas. (paragraph 6)
Quiet hours in all unaccompanied housing are from 2200 to 0500 hours Sunday through Thursday and 2400 to 0500 hours Friday through Saturday.
Photography/videotaping of TurAF personnel, equipment, facilities, and the flightline is strictly prohibited unless permission is obtained through TurAF.
