Applies to: This instruction applies to all United States nationals assigned or attached to the 39th Air Base Wing (39 ABW).
Commanders and supervisors are responsible for ensuring personnel are familiar and comply with the provisions of this instruction.
Submit requests for waivers through the chain of command to the appropriate Tier waiver approval authority, or alternatively, to the Publication OPR for non-tiered compliance terms.
Ensure all records created as a result of processes prescribed in this publication are maintained in accordance with AFI 33-322, Records Management and Information Governance Program, and disposed in accordance with (IAW) the Air Force Records Information Management System (AFRIMS) Records Disposition Schedule (RDS).
Wearing portable headphones, earphones, cellular phones, iPods, or other listening and entertainment devices while bicycling or skating (e.g., roller skates, roller blades, skateboards, etc.) on roadways is prohibited to all persons on Incirlik AB.
