Who can submit a Hurlburt Field memorialization request?

Any organization, group, or individual may submit a memorialization request in writing to the 16th Special Operations Wing History Office (16 SOW/HO). (paragraph 2)

What must a memorialization request package include?

The request submission must contain a cover letter with a point of contact and stipulation why the individual is being considered for memorialization. (paragraph 2)
