The publication covers operational areas, command, control and communications, general procedures, and range operations. Compliance is mandatory, including minimum information passed to the ICC when the AFSOC OSR form is unavailable.
Applies to: This directive also applies to partner and hosted units operating out of Hurlburt Field as part of an exercise or other training.
