It establishes operational guidelines, leadership roles, meeting practices, charters, and the AFMS governance model. It requires member attendance, approved charters, quorum-based decisions, and compliant records disposition.
Governance Bodies may meet without a quorum, but policy and procedural decisions cannot be made in the absence of a quorum.
Governance Bodies operate from an approved charter.
To the greatest extent possible, meetings will be scheduled a minimum of 1 month in advance.
The AF/SG chairs the AFMS Council and is the final decision-making authority.
All required members or designated representatives will be present at each meeting and arrive on time.
