The GFDCB will be established by the 319 RW/CC to advise and make recommendations on matters concerning eliminating conditions which adversely affect the health, safety, welfare, morale and discipline of Grand Forks AFB. (paragraph 31-213)
Provide an agenda to each voting member at least 72 hours prior to the meeting prepared by the board recorder. (paragraph 31-213)
Other agencies may be invited as non-voting members by the board president depending on the topic to be discussed. (paragraph 31-213)
Any GFDCB proceeding which is open to the public will also be open to representatives of the news media at the discretion of the board president. (paragraph 31-213)
