Applies to: It applies to individuals at all levels who make up all Flight Crews, Maintenance, and Fuels Management assigned or attached to Fairchild Air Force Base, including the Air Force Reserve and Air National Guard (ANG), except where noted otherwise.
ALL AIR Card users are Accountable Officials (AO). (paragraph 1)
Failure to accurately complete and submit the required forms after a sortie may require a Memorandum for Record (MFR) and a Report of Survey. (paragraph 2)
All paperwork must be submitted within 2 working days of mission completion. (paragraph 2)
WRDCO will input data into AVPOL accounting system and process DD Forms 791 within 30 days of receipt for reimbursement.
