Applies to: This instruction provides a base program to minimize aircraft exposure to potentially hazardous bird strikes and applies to all host, associate, and temporary duty (TDY) organizations on Eielson Air Force Base (AFB), including the Air National Guard and US Air Force Reserve members and units.
The 354 OG/CC is responsible for the implementation of this instruction.
Ensure that all records created as a result of processes prescribed in this publication are maintained in accordance with (IAW) Air Force Records Information Management System (AFRIMS) Records Disposition Schedule (RDS).
Refer all recommended changes and questions about this publication to the Office of Primary Responsibility (OPR) using the Air Force (AF) Form 847, Recommendation for Change of Publication; routed AF Form 847s from the field through the appropriate functional’s chain of command.
