EIELSONAFBI32-7006 defines engineered and institutional controls and identifies restrictions involving wells, fishing, soil, groundwater, and land use changes. Applies to: It applies to all military and civilian organizations that occupy facilities or conduct business on the installation or EAFB administrated sites.

In the event that contaminated soil or groundwater is removed from areas where LUCs are applicable or contamination is known, the soil shall be disposed of or treated in accordance with applicable Air Force Policy, State, or Federal regulations.
