Ensure that all records created as a result of processes prescribed in this publication are maintained IAW AFMAN 33-363, Management of Records, and disposed of IAW the Air Force Records Information Management System (AFRIMS) Records Disposition Schedule (RDS).
Removes AAC and ABW instructions for utilizing JOCAS for their reimbursements, as they are no longer users.
Updates the 46th Test Wing to the 96th Test Wing and incorporates new Financial Improvement Audit Readiness (FIAR) requirements.
