The purpose of this instruction is to describe the methodologies, responsibilities, establishment and validations procedures, and the use and control of Reimbursements.
Waiver authority for this instruction is the 412th Test Wing Commander (412 TW/CC).
Refer recommended changes and questions about this publication to the Office of Primary Responsibility (OPR) using the AF Form 847, Recommendation for Change of Publication; route AF Form 847s from the field through the appropriate functional chain of command.
Ensure that all records created as a result of processes prescribed in this publication are maintained in accordance with AFI33-322, Records Management and Information Goverance Program, and disposed of in accordance with (IAW) Air Force Records Information Management System (AFRIMS) Records Disposition Schedule (RDS).
