Comments are incorporated into the DRAFT plan by OPR.

What does XPP record during its initial plan review?

XPP will review the plan, note suspense date and record that plan is in coordination. (paragraph 4)

OPR will adjudicate comments received, make corrections/updates and notify corresponding unit(s) of any rejected comments. (paragraph 7)
