The publication addresses security management office responsibilities, reinvestigations and continuous vetting, Presidential Support Program Yankee White, and foreign travel reporting. Covered individuals shall submit a complete itinerary including: date(s) of travel, mode of transportation, passport data, names and association of foreign national travel companions, planned contacts with foreign governments, or citizens during foreign travel and reason for contact, and emergency point of contact information to the commander/director through the security manager (assistant), when possible, at least 30 days prior to travel. (paragraph 2)
All arrests must be reported within 72 hours of occurrence regardless of whether formal charges were filed or are pending court disposition. (paragraph 2)
Individuals must, within 30 calendar days of receipt of a LOD or LOR, write to the applicable DoD Component PSAB stating reasons why the denial or revocation should be overturned and provide any additional relevant information that may have a bearing on the case. (paragraph 9)
