Who is personally responsible for protecting classified information and CUI?

All personnel of the Department of Defense are personally and individually responsible for properly protecting classified information and CUI under their custody and control.

What classification levels may be used for U.S. classified information?

Information identified as requiring protection against unauthorized disclosure in the interest of national security shall be classified Top Secret, Secret, or Confidential. (paragraph 4)
