In collaboration with the Chief of Air Force Reserve, the Director of the Air National Guard, and the Deputy Chief of Space Operations for Human Capital (SF/S1), the Deputy Chief of Staff for Manpower, Personnel, and Services (AF/A1) develops policy for the Department of the Air Force Credentialing Programs.
Submit requests for waivers through the chain of command to the appropriate Tier waiver approval authority, or alternately, to the requestor’s commander for non-tiered compliance items.
