Units requesting an event waiver will provide a memorandum signed by their unit commander detailed enough to facilitate the waiver and risk assessment by 374 AW/SEW. (paragraph 91-201)
Prior to acceptance of foreign munitions on Yokota AB, a written request from multinational forces must be obtained by the sponsoring unit and routed through 374 AW/SEW for PACAF approval. (paragraph 91-201)
Compensatory measures are administrative procedures used to remove explosive exposure or hazards to personnel and equipment that would otherwise result in an explosive violation. (paragraph 91-201)
Day-to-day explosive operations in building 1308 are limited to a maximum of 80 pounds of hazard class/division (HC/D) 1.1. (paragraph 91-201)
