It establishes responsibilities and weather support functions for weather observations and forecasts, weather warnings, watches, and advisories, space weather support services, dissemination of information, and reciprocal support. The publication addresses duty priorities, weather flight operations, meteorological and communications equipment, airfield support, and mission integration.
Applies to: This publication applies to units assigned to the 355th Wing (355 WG), subordinate units and tenant units assigned to or supported by Davis-Monthan Air Force Base (DMAFB). This publication also applies to Air Force Command and Air National Guard units assigned to DMAFB.
Refer recommended changes and questions about this publication to the Office of Primary Responsibility (OPR) using AF Form 847, Recommendation for Change of Publication; route AF Form 847s from the field through the appropriate functional change of command. (paragraph 84-00)
