The DAF EO Program provides oversight and implements the EEO complaint program, AEP, DP, and MEO program to foster an environment free from institutional/structural, attitudinal, and physical barriers and prohibits unlawful discrimination and discriminatory harassment (including sexual harassment) against DAF civilian employees, former employees, and applicants for employment and prohibited discrimination, discriminatory harassment (including sexual harassment), and other forms of harassment (bullying and hazing) against military members described in this publication to support Airmen and Guardians’ (military and civilian) abilities to rise to their highest potential. What does the DAF MEO program address?
