It implements Department of the Air Force publication and forms management policy and extends guidance for Space Base Delta 3. It addresses publication basics, compliance, coordination, accessibility, and waiver procedures.
Applies to: It applies to individuals assigned to SBD 3 who prepare, manage, review, certify, approve, disseminate and/or use official Air Force publications and forms for Los Angeles Air Force Base (LAAFB).
Refer recommended changes and questions about the publication to the Office of Primary Responsibility (OPR) using the AF Form 847, Recommendation for Change of Publication; route AF 847s from the field through base level OPR.
The authorities to waive wing, unit, and delta level requirements in this publication are identified with a tier (“T-0, T-1, T-2, T-3”) number following the compliance statement.
Submit requests for waivers through the chain of command to the appropriate tier waiver approval authority.
