It addresses court reporter certification, counsel review of transcripts, electronic record formats, and the handling of classified, sealed, and sexually explicit material. It also sets requirements for providing records of trial to accused members and victims, including different requirements for accused members in confinement.
One trial counsel must complete their examination and sign a memorandum verifying the accuracy of the transcript within 10 calendar days.

Ensure an accused in confinement receives a paper copy of their ROT.
After the certified ROT (Part 1) is complete and the transcript is certified, provide each victim, as defined in paragraph 5.7.2, a copy of the certified ROT (Part 1).
