4. Minimum service commitment of six months and a maximum of 36 months for training with an academic length of 20 weeks or more.
TAG is the waiver authority for service commitments. This authority may not be delegated below TAG. (paragraph 6)
Failure to complete the contract does not relieve the member or the command of the RSC. (paragraph 6)
SCs incurred for training will become effective upon graduation date or completion or required training. (paragraph 6)
