The installation commander requests personnel waivers through AFSVC/CC. (paragraph 1-8)
The overall processing goal for a waiver request is 15 business days. (paragraph 1-8)
To meet this objective, each office in the concurrence chain should aim to complete its review within three business days. (paragraph 1-8)
