It addresses NAF property insurance and Aero Club aircraft hull and liability insurance, including covered assets, exclusions, claim limits, proof of loss, and payments. It identifies tiered waiver authorities and requires records from prescribed processes to follow Air Force records management rules.
Applies to: This publication applies to the Force Support Squadron and any other Air Force Services Nonappropriated Fund Instrumentality organizations, activities, and programs and developed in coordination with the Deputy Chief of Staff for Manpower, Personnel and Services.
The authorities to waive wing, unit or delta level requirements in this publication are identified with a Tier (“T-0, T-1, T-2, T-3”) number following the compliance statement.

Submit requests for waivers through the chain of command to the appropriate tier waiver approval authority or alternately to the publication office of primary responsibility for nontiered compliance items.
