DAFMAN32-7002 covers environmental management systems, compliance documentation, toxics management, refrigerants, asbestos-contaminated construction and debris, and lead-based paint. It requires records generated by prescribed processes to follow Air Force records management and disposition requirements.
Applies to: This publication applies to all civilian employees and uniformed members of the Regular Air Force, the Air Force Reserve (AFR), the Air National Guard (ANG), the United States Space Force (USSF), and those with a contractual obligation to abide by the terms of DAF publications.
Submit requests for waivers through the chain of command to the appropriate Tier waiver approval authority, or alternately, to the requestor's immediate commander for non-tiered compliance items.
Ensure all records generated as a result of processes prescribed in this publication adhere to Air Force Instruction (AFI) 33-322, Records Management and Information Governance Program, and are disposed in accordance with Air Force Records Disposition Schedule, which is located in the Air Force Records Information Management System (AFRIMS).
Unless otherwise noted, portions of this DAFMAN apply to all enduring installations located outside the United States (i.e., overseas) so long as such application is consistent with applicable international agreements and does not conflict with applicable DoD overseas environmental policy, countryspecific DoD Final Governing Standards (FGS) or Department of Defense Manual (DoDM) 4715.05 Volumes 1-5, Overseas Environmental Baseline Guidance Document, (OEBGD) if no FGS exists.
Refer recommended changes and questions about this publication to the OPR using the DAF Form 847, Recommendation for Change of Publication; route DAF Form 847 from the field through the appropriate functional chain of command.
