Applies to: It is applicable to civilian employees and uniformed members of the Regular Air Force, United States Space Force, Air Force Reserve, and Air National Guard locations where Civil Engineer FWS personnel reside.
Force development provides foundational and occupational competencies to all Airmen through education, training, and experience opportunities to satisfy current and future Department of the Air Force mission requirements.
The program accomplishes this by providing proficiency, qualification, recurring, and certification training requirements and opportunities needed by a FWS technician to perform duties.
The unit commander is ultimately responsible for all training within the organization.
Unit commanders and supervisors will ensure training programs are effective, efficient, and completed on-time to meet mission requirements.
CFMs communicate the education, training, and experience requirements for their functional communities.
