Applies to: This manual is applicable to Department of the Air Force commanders and managers, who plan, program, review, certify, and approve Department of the Air Force facilities.
Customer Authorization records shall ultimately be maintained for 100% of customers at all sites by the parent installation.
Squadron Commanders will provide rooms for lactation supporting nursing mothers to nurse or express milk.
The location shall be within a facility, secure, lockable, clean, sanitary, not a restroom, and under the control of a unit commander or equivalent.
A maximum net-to-gross multiplier of 0.42 may be added to net building area to reach the gross building area.
0.4 for Private Offices, 0.6 for Open Offices, and 0.4 for Administrative and Non-Administrative Special Purpose Space.
