The publication addresses ATC development, facility management, contingency locations, contracted airfields, host nation locations, and waivers. It requires compliance with Attachments 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 and establishes command management of ATC requirements.
Applies to: It applies to all Air National Guard (ANG) and Regular Air Force (RegAF) including the US Space Force until further notice, and Air Force Reserve (AFR) organizations (to include contracted locations) who operate or administer functions and facilities for airfield operations.
Compliance with the Attachments 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 in this manual is mandatory.
