It includes statements concerning whether a controller attaches a statement and agrees with proposed action. It also establishes mandatory attachments and procedures for controller withdrawal actions, including training and duty performance statements.
Applies to: This supplement does not apply to the Air National Guard (ANG) or Air Force Reserve Command (AFRC).
Compliance with the Attachments 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 in this manual is mandatory.
Compiles training data and forwards to the Base Training Manager (BTM) within 10 duty days of ATCS credential revocation, or if the controller makes a statement on the ATCS Credential Revocation Memorandum, 7 duty days after the statement is received. (paragraph 5)
OSS/CC evaluates all withdrawal recommendations. (paragraph 5)
