It addresses IOS funding and resourcing, operational guidance, health care operations, and medical operational equipment and supplies. Compliance with DAFMAN10-211 is mandatory, and records generated by its prescribed processes must adhere to AFI 33-322 and be disposed of in accordance with the Air Force Records Disposition Schedule.
Applies to: This publication applies to all civilian employees and uniformed members of the Regular Air Force (RegAF), the United States Space Force (USSF), and those with contractual obligation to abide by the terms of DAF publications, except where noted otherwise.
Ensure all records generated as a result of processes prescribed in this publication adhere to Air Force Instruction (AFI) 33-322, Records Management and Information Governance Program, and are disposed in accordance with (IAW) the Air Force Records Disposition Schedule, which is located in the AF Records Information Management System.
Publication OPR is the waiver authority for non-tiered directed actions.
Submit requests for waivers through the chain of command to the appropriate Tier waiver approval authority, or alternately, to the publication office of primary responsibility (OPR) for non-tiered compliance items.
