Specify the proposed subject of the CII. (paragraph 1)
Provide a clear, concise statement of the CII’s goals and objectives. (paragraph 2)
Provide sufficient background information to give inspectors an insight into the problem and include the rationale on why the CII is required. (paragraph 3)
Provide sponsor’s point of contact’s rank, full name, DSN, commercial number and official email address. (paragraph 4)
Include a comprehensive inspection guide for units to apply during self-assessments, and for Center, Wing and Wing-Equivalent IGs point of contact to inspect the CII topic. (paragraph 5)
