SAF/SQ determines which contractors to place on the CRWL and whether to list an entire contractor, a specific division thereof, a wholly owned subsidiary thereof, or the managing member of a joint venture (JV) (or all members, if they share equal equity) (to be referred to as “entities” within this instruction).
