Applies to: This supplement is applicable to all personnel that implement the process in this instruction and personnel that implement the process through the chain of command with in the 452 AMW.
All monitors will be familiar with the references in DAFI 63140_AFRCSUP, Attachment 1, DAFI 21-101-AFRCSUP, and this instruction.
The DCC will coordinate with the Aircraft Structural Maintenance section to fabricate and apply Crew Names to all 452 AMW KC-135 Stratotanker and C-17 Globemaster III aircraft.
Applicable squadron commander will review and approve all proposed aircraft/nose art prior to forwarding requests to the Maintenance Group Commander (MXG/CC) for approval.
Approved aircraft/nose art will be fabricated, applied, and removed by the 452d Maintenance Squadron, ASM section once 452 AMW/CC approval has been received.
The authorities to waive wing/unit level requirements in this publication are identified with a Tier (“T-0, T-1, T-2, T-3”) number following the compliance statement.
