The publication addresses procurement and nonprocurement fraud remedies, information demands, fraud recovery data, and related legal coordination. It establishes AFMC’s centralized legal structure and identifies responsibilities for training, Fraud Working Groups, and discovery requests.

Ensure that all records created as a result of processes prescribed in this publication are maintained in accordance with DAFI 33-322, Records Management and Information Governance Program, and disposed of in accordance with the Air Force Records Disposition Schedule, which is located in the Air Force Records Information Management System.
As such, this supplement implements AFMC policy of a centralized organizational legal structure to address the Command’s unique acquisition mission and thereby the inherent risk of substantial loss due to procurement fraud.
