The publication addresses PADs, PGLs, PPlans, and PMsgs, including actions involving installation and unit changes and major system acquisitions or conversions. It requires prescribed records to be maintained and establishes tiered waiver procedures for applicable requirements.
Applies to: This supplement applies to all AFGSC organizations and personnel and is applicable to the ANG, AFRC, and USSF.
The PPlan guidance provided in this supplement may also be used as guidance by AFGSC wings to develop, publish and control wing-level implementation plans.
Ensure that all records created as a result of processes prescribed in this publication are maintained in accordance with (IAW) AFI 33-322, Records Management and Information Governance Program, and disposed IAW Air Force Records Information Management System, Records Disposition Schedule.
The authorities to waive wing and unit level requirements in this publication are identified with a tier number (“T-0, T-3”) following the compliance statement.
Submit requests waivers for T-0 or non-tiered compliance items through the chain of command to the appropriate waiver approval authority, through the publication OPR.
