It identifies eligible personnel who may purchase, possess, or consume alcoholic beverages on Osan Air Base. It specifies authorized facilities, delivery limits, lodging sales, container handling, and permitted open-container areas.
Applies to: This supplement applies to all personnel assigned, attached, or associated to the 51st Fighter Wing (51 FW).
Facilities listed in Table 4.1 are authorized to sell alcoholic beverages to adults age 21 or older by the drink or in single-serving containers for on-premises consumption.
Delivery orders are limited to three beers per order.
Prior to the completion of the sale, the server will open all beverage containers.
The Osan Lodging Fund is authorized to sell distilled spirit miniatures, beer, wine coolers and other premixed alcoholic beverages for on-premises consumption in all lodging facilities.
Open containers of alcoholic beverages will not be carried or consumed in public areas at Osan AB or the local community except at: 51st Force Support Squadron (51 FSS) picnic areas, the golf course, outdoor athletic events, areas immediately adjacent to living quarters, or at special events sponsored by 51 FSS conducted outside aforementioned activities.
