Applies to: This instruction applies to the Regular Air Force (Reg AF), United States Space Force (USSF), Air Force Reserve Command (AFRC), and Air National Guard (ANG).
Submit requests for waivers through the chain of command to the appropriate Tier waiver approval authority, or alternately, to the publication OPR for non-tiered compliance items.
Compliance with the attachments in this publication is mandatory.
Refer recommended changes and questions about this publication to OPR using the DAF Form 847, Recommendation for Change of Publication; route DAF Forms 847 from the field through the appropriate functional chain of command.
The updates more effectively integrate United States Air Forces in Europe (USAFE)/United States Africa Command (AFAFRICA), USSF, AFRC, and ANG equivalent terminology where relevant; change to Facilities Board approval and notification procedures; and mandate the use of NexGen IT to ensure Financial Improvement and Audit Remediation (FIAR) compliance.
