All aircraft maintenance software disks, World Wide Navigation Data Base (WWNDB), Terrain Awareness and Warning System (TAWS) and Computer Program Identification Numbers (CPINS), will be virus scanned on computer serial number, 2UA5382VPS located in the AMXS Support Flight, when received.

Can WWNDB, TAWS, or CPINS disks be issued before virus scanning?

At no time will a WWNDB, TAWS, or a CPINS disk be issued out for use without being virus scanned.

Where must WWNDB, TAWS, and CPINS be stored before issue?

WWNDB, TAWS, and CPINS will be stored in a secure area within the AMXS Consolidated Tool Kit (CTK), until issued out for use.

When must the hard copy AFTO Form 781 be provided to debrief?

Provide hard copy AFTO Form 781 to debrief function within 30 minutes of landing.

What must the PIC do with AFTO Form 781 forms after returning during non-duty hours?
