The publication contains requirements for maintenance cyber discipline, aircraft debriefing, maintenance operations, and quality assurance. It requires specific documentation, inspections, equipment inventories, and coordination for aircraft check flights.
Applies to: It applies to all 445th Airlift Wing (445 AW) personnel who enter the flight line or aircraft maintenance areas to include all Wing organizations.
All aircraft maintenance software disks, World Wide Navigation Data Base (WWNDB), Terrain Awareness and Warning System (TAWS) and Computer Program Identification Numbers (CPINS), will be virus scanned on computer serial number, 2UA5382VPS located in the AMXS Support Flight, when received.
At no time will a WWNDB, TAWS, or a CPINS disk be issued out for use without being virus scanned.
WWNDB, TAWS, and CPINS will be stored in a secure area within the AMXS Consolidated Tool Kit (CTK), until issued out for use.
Provide hard copy AFTO Form 781 to debrief function within 30 minutes of landing.
The PIC will email all AFTO Form 781’s to debrief organizational box within 30 minutes of landing. (paragraph 1-3)
